Issue Position

I will absolutely defend a woman's right to have an abortion. Politicians (or anyone else) should never be involved in a woman's personal medical decisions about her pregnancy. As the only physician in the Senate, I will be a champion for overturning the outrageous abortion ban and help change the conversation about this issue. A medical decision such as this should ONLY be between a woman, her medical professional and whomever else SHE seeks to include.
